Your privacy is extremely important to us. The information we request is used to improve your experience in the Paycloud app and with Paycloud businesses. You determine what information is shared and can modify any or all of that information at any time. We provide straightforward controls in the app that allow you to share or not share contact and location information with Paycloud.

This document describes the personal information we collect and how we use it. You acknowledge that you accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy by visiting the site or installing the app on your mobile device.

This statement only covers data collected through the site, and not any other data collection or processing, including, without limitation the Data collection practices of webpages to which the site links, data that we or our affiliates collect offline or through webpages that do not display a direct link to this statement, for example once logged in to the web application sparkbase.com, the policy linked off that page would apply instead of this one.

Information You Provide

Through the web site the information that you can provide includes:

The email address is used to send receipts and reset the password.

The mobile number is used to access the account when the card is not present.

The Birthday is used to send special offers on your birthday and to verify you are over 13 for age specific content.

As you use Paycloud the progress towards rewards at merchants locations for which rewards being accumulated and available are aggregated and listed in the web site and application. Merchants have access to this information and use this information to create gift and loyalty programs for their shoppers, and measure the effectiveness of their programs.

You have access to change the e-mail address, mobile number, birthday, zip code, or password provided in the web site and in the application’s settings.

Information Sharing

The information provided is shared between you, the Merchant, the Sales Channel, and SparkBase.

Except as described in this policy, SparkBase will not give, sell, rent, or loan any identifiable personal information obtained from this site to any third party other than as outlined in this policy.

We may disclose such information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.

We may also share such information if we believe it is necessary in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service, or as otherwise required by law.

SparkBase may also provide non-personal, summary or group statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Protection of Information

SparkBase maintains reasonable security measures to protect your information from loss, destruction, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure. When you enter personal information, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). However, no data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We use firewalls and intrusion prevention systems, as well as the performing of vulnerability scans and web application testing to evaluate our applications in an effort to protect your information.

Correct, Amend, or Delete

An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to SparkBase Inc.'s Client Service Team. If the Client requests SparkBase to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.

You can modify your account information at anytime by emailing our Customer Support at support@sparkbase.com. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. SparkBase’s practice is not to use such personal information for marketing purposes. SparkBase may use the collected personal information and other information SparkBase collects about your use of the Service to operate and make the Service available to You, for billing, identification and authentication, to contact you about your use of the Service, research purposes and to generally improve the content and functionality of the Service and Site. SparkBase will also send you periodic newsletters. If you no longer wish to receive these newsletters you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the emails you receive.

Cookies

Testimonials

We post customer testimonials on our web site that may contain personally identifiable information. We obtain the customer's consent to post their name along with their testimonial via email prior to posting the testimonial. From time-to-time we may provide you the opportunity to participate in contests or surveys on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information includes, but is not limited to, email address or phone number.

We use this information to improve our service to send our customers update on how we are improving the service based on their feedback.

We do not currently use a third party service provider to conduct these surveys or contests.

Changes to Privacy Policy

If we change our Privacy Policy we will post the changes here.
